May I keep my keys when I park?
We offer both self-park and valet parking at no extra charge. We are the only airport parking lot that offers the self park option. Occasionally, self-park spots might fill up and then you can only valet your car. If you do valet your car, we will have your car warm and clear of snow in the winter and cooled off in the summer as soon as you call us for pick up.
When does the shuttle run?
Our shuttles run 24 hours a day to and from O'Hare.
To O'Hare:
  • It is a 5 to 7 minute drive from our lot to the terminals. Just be here 20 minutes before you would like to be at the airport.
Pick up from O'Hare:
  • When you arrive we will give you a ticket with a toll free phone number and directions on it. Keep that ticket with you during your trip. DO NOT leave it in your car.
  • After receiving your bags follow the red signs to the shuttle center which is centrally located between the domestic terminals behind the Hilton hotel. When you arrive at the Bus Shuttle Center wait at Door #1 and give us a call and we will pick you up.
  • If you arrive from the international terminal (Terminal 5), go to the outside lane, lower level of 5E. Give us a call and we will pick you up.
Our shuttles run constantly please give us a call when you are ready for pick up to ensure prompt service. A shuttle will be there promptly if one is not already there when you get to the pick up location.
What are your methods of payment?
You may pay by cash, credit card, debit card and travelers checks.
Do you guarantee parking spaces if I make a reservation?
If you have a reservation we will guarantee you a place to park.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24/7. Whenever you want service we will provide it for you.

Directions from the West
90 to 294 South, exit Irving Park Road West, turn left on Mannheim Road.

From the North
294 South, exit Irving Park Road West, turn left on Mannheim Road.

From the South and East
Follow all signs to O'Hare Airport, exit at Mannheim Road South. We are located two blocks South of Irving Park Road on the left, next to Candelwood Suites and across from "Northwest FORD Trucks".
